Personal care is the next level of service which includes all that companion care has to offer while also attending to the physical needs of your loved one. Personal care is fitting for those who require a higher degree of assistance due to injury, disability, or aging. 

Transportation services allow your loved one to get to and from medical and non-medical appointments, run errands, go grocery shopping, and attend activities outside the home with the added care of a companion who will assist and accompany your loved one while they are out of the home.

Customized care plan

A customized and comprehensive care plan is created for each client during their initial assessment with one of Aleph’s registered nurses. The nurse reviews the care plan with the client, the client’s family (if applicable), and aide to ensure that each need is being met.


Live-in

Aleph live-in aides provide care 24 hours a day and 7 days a week for individuals who have higher care needs with continuity of care from the same caregiver.

 

We are pleased to offer live-in care to those in Camden, Burlington, Gloucester, Atlantic and Cape May Counties.

 

Alzheimer’s & Dementia Care
